How you can use your Mala beads:

Meditation: Hold the mala in one hand, with the beads draped over your fingers.Start at the guru bead, which is the larger bead at the top of the chain. Use your thumb to move the beads one by one, counting each bead as you recite a mantra, prayer, or intention. You can repeat the mantra silently or aloud. When you reach the guru bead (tassel) again, you can reverse direction and start over.

Attune yourself: Wear your mala for 40 days to help you form a daily meditation habit.

Set intentions: Place your mala at the top of your yoga mat to remind yourself of your intentions while you practice.

Wear as a reminder: Wear your mala necklace as a reminder of your goals and intentions.
